Environment

 

We aim to promote cleaner, better-performing materials. The foams we use comply with the newest industry standards. None of them produce any chemicals during expansion – some are used in the production of medical equipment for this reason

Insono, Lda is committed to adopting the latest advances in foams materials converting. We have strong links with the manufacturers of our raw materials and provide feedback on what customers want from the foam industry.

We also provide professional advice at the stage of design of customer’s products to optimize the functional and comfort features, technical solutions, and production and logistics processes of our customers.

Our engineering staff can help design and specify the product that you need efficiently and economically.

Designs can be produced from your own drawings (hard copy or email) or translated from a variety of CAD software packages.

We are happy to advice on the types of material that would be suitable for your application.

 

·         Stage 1: Provide a drawing including specifications by fax, e-mail, etc. Sample parts may also be submitted

·         Stage 2: In most cases, we will provide a quote in 1-3 days. Tooling charges & minimum order requirements may apply

·         Stage 3: Offer approved

·         Stage 4: Samples are provided for customer approval

·         Stage 5: Production starts after sample approval

 

Sourcing

 

We are able to source a variety of cases, boxes and other items that form part of a commission in order to offer a ‘one-stop’ service. Reasonable prices can be obtained through our direct links to manufacturers.

 

Tool & Die

 

 

 

Insono, Lda provides provides shortest lead times in the industry for new products and protoypes, and to reduce the cost of ownership to our customers.

Need to make a modification to your part?

Sometimes times Insono, Lda can modify the existing tooling, rather than building all new tooling.

Need to make a prototype run?

Insono, Lda can create small, single cavity dies to facilitate short prototype runs.

Tool needs resharpening?

Insono's one time setup fee structure leaves the responsibility of tooling maintenance and replacement on us. You'll never have to pay to re-rule or sharpen tooling used to make your product.

 

We create complex tooling layouts using in-house CAD design. We can use your existing DXF, DWG, CAD file to generate complete die layouts. Don't have a print? We can generate CAD drawings from your sketch or product samples
